Production Process


Raw materials & Twisting

  • The raw material of fishingnets is made of PA6, hign density polyamide,, then processed and twisted to rolls with all kinds of specifications as requirement.

Weaving

  • This is he most key import part for fishingnets. Twines are fed into horizontal and vertical way in weaving machines, then computerized the exact mesh size and knitting to be full meshes like diamonds.

Stretching

  • Length Way Stretch (TATE) is one of the most popular used for stretching in vertical way.
  • Depth Way Stretch (YOKE) is the way of stretch with two selvages on top and bottom gathered and tied with cotton ropes, then stretched in depth way.

Dyeing

  • When fishingnets knitting well, we can dye any color as requirement and dry. By adding Japan imported resin, color brightness, shine and softness are adjustable according to customer’s request in different market.

Quality Checking and Amending

  • To make sure the quality, we check all fishingnets one by one in hand and amend the holes if any. This process is taken seriously and enjoyed high reputation by our customers.

Packing

  • We normally use PP bag to pack for each piece with hangtag as requested. Then put whole pieces in woven bag for outside packing and sealed by professional packing machines to guarantee it’s strengthen and good condition on shipping.
