The production process of fishing nets

Update:2023-09-04 17:38:57

The material used for making fishing nets is mainly made from PA6 slices. These are mainly composed of drawn nylon slices or fibers such as multifilament and polyethylene. Fishing nets are mainly divided into many functions: gill nets, trawl nets, fishing net construction, and many uses of fishing nets. It is necessary to use nylon fishing nets with very high transparency and strength, which require excellent impact resistance and wear resistance. The size of the fishing net must be very stable, and the softness must also be very good, requiring appropriate fracture ductility. It needs to be brushed and composed of multiple strands. The track belongs to the non knot net, and needs to be fixed with shaping treatment to fix the net nodes. Then, the fishing net knots are fixed through customized dyeing and deep setting treatment.

However, in the process of gill net fishing, it is used as a raw material manufacturing base for many fishing supplies such as gill net fishing, bait fishing, positioning fishing, fishing cages, and lobster nets.

In many practical production and use processes, fishing nets not only include trawls, but also scattered nets and enclosed nets. The scattered fishing net and enclosed fishing net are very important tools in the actual production process of the ocean. The mesh of the fishing net is capitalized and abridged.

The nets used in fishery production include trawls, seines, nets, fixed nets, and cages. Trawl and purse seine are heavy fishing equipment used in marine fishing. The size of the net is 2.5-5 centimeters, the diameter of the net rope is about 2 millimeters, and the net weight is about a few tons or even dozens of tons. Usually, we use one-on-one tugboats to separate the fish schools or use lightboats to gather the fish schools together. Scattered fishing nets can be used for fishing in rivers, lakes, and oceans. The upper case of the mesh is usually 1cm-3cm, and the diameter of the fishing net rope is usually about 0.8mm. The positioning net and the box of the fishing net are used for artificial breeding in lakes, reservoirs, or bays. The size and specifications of fishing nets vary greatly depending on the schools of fish being farmed. Surround the fishing net in a certain area to prevent escape.

The raw materials used for fishing nets are usually 15-36 strands, polyester multifilament, and 0.8 strands in diameter. Vinylon brushed 1.2mm. The weaving method includes many methods: knotting, twisting, and warp knitting.

The knotting method is a traditional method of making fishing nets. A fishing net is composed of longitude and latitude lines in a shuttle. The size of the knot is four times the diameter of the net rope, protruding from the flat surface of the net garment. This type of fishing net serves as a knotted fishing net. During the process of netting, the fishing net collides with the schools of fish and boat strings, which not only causes damage to the schools of fish, but also significantly damages the fishing net equipment. At the same time, due to the smooth and elastic chemical materials, it is particularly easy to cause loose knots and uneven mesh in the fishing net.

Two sets of nylon wires are twisted simultaneously by machines, forming a fishing net during the interweaving process of two fishing net wires. This type of net is called a knot free net. Due to the fact that there are no bends in the fishing net during the process of knotting, the fishing net is very flat. In order to reduce a lot of friction, the preparation process is very complex, and can only be used for fishing nets with a large mesh size.

Because the weaving process of warp fishing nets is very fast, and the mesh size is also very loose. The horizontal length of the fishing net can reach over 800 mesh, making it very convenient to convert specifications. The production efficiency is many times higher than the previous methods. During the warp knitting process, fishing nets must be very flat, light in weight, and have very strong knots. The mesh of the fishing net must not be easily deformed or loose, and it can be widely used for special purposes such as marine fishing, freshwater fishing, and aquaculture.
