Generally, a Raschel warp knitting machine equipped with 4 to 8 bars is used to connect the warp yarns into a loop net, which is called a warp knitting net. As the speed of the warp knitting machine is high (600 rpm), the width of the knitting mesh door is wide, and the number of horizontal meshes can reach more than 800, which is convenient for specification change and has high production efficiency. It is several times higher than the first two methods. Warp knitted non knotted net is flat, wear-resistant, light in weight, stable in structure, high in knotting strength, and will not deform or relax after damage. It can be widely used for marine fishing, freshwater fishing and breeding and other special purposes.
How to keep fishing nets?
After using the fishing net, wash the soil on the net, and take out the net to avoid light and dry it.
After the net is dry, the sundries in the net bag can be easily picked up, which can not only ensure the cleanness of the fishing net, but also ensure the smooth use of the net next time. After cleaning, put the fishing net away, place it in a dry place and avoid sunshine or rain. Avoid direct sunlight when drying the net. If conditions permit, choose a spacious, ventilated and dry place to hang the net in the air. The net after drying should not be placed directly on the ground, but should be placed on a shelf about half a meter from the ground or in a wooden box.
In the place where the fishing net is stored, it should also be prevented from being eaten by rats and insects, and the work of killing rats and insects should be done well. There should be no other volatile and corrosive chemicals in the place where the fishing net is stored.
Fishing net specification
Manufacturer of fishing nets: fishing nets are used for fishing. Ancient people used coarse cloth and hemp as raw materials to make fishing nets by binding them in coils. Although this kind of fishing net is perishable and has poor tenacity, its fishing efficiency has been greatly improved. With the development of fishery, the objects of fishing and hunting are not only fish, but also fishing tools.
Fishing nets can be divided into gill nets, drag nets (trawls), purse seine nets, construction nets and laying nets. It is required to have high transparency (part of nylon mesh) and strength, good impact resistance, abrasion resistance, mesh size stability and flexibility, and appropriate breaking elongation (22%~25%). It is made of monofilament, multifilament twisted yarn (with netting) or monofilament warp knitting (raschel, without netting), primary heat treatment (fixation of nodules), dyeing and secondary heat treatment (fixation of mesh size).
It can be used for drift net fishing, trawl net fishing, fishing, bait fishing and fixed position fishing. Or it can become the raw material for making nets, fishing cages and other catching articles.
Nets used in fishery production include trawls, seines, nets, fixed nets, cages, etc. Trawls and purse seines are heavy nets used in marine fishery. The mesh size is 2.5~5cm, the diameter of the net rope is about 2mm, and the net weight is several tons or even tens of tons. Usually, a pair of tugboats are used to pull and catch fish separately or light boats are used to lure fish to gather and surround them. The net is a light fishing net for rivers and lakes. The mesh size is 1-3 cm, the diameter of the net rope is about 0.8 mm, and the net weight is several kilograms. The fixed net and cage are fixed nets for artificial breeding in lakes, reservoirs or bays. The size and specification vary according to the fish, and the fish shall be enclosed in a certain water area for breeding so as not to escape.
The raw materials of woven fishing nets are mainly 15~36 strands of 210 denier nylon, polyester multifilament and 0.8~1.2 mm diameter ethylene monofilament. The knitting methods include knotting, twisting and warp knitting.
